DAMPA is thrilled to bring back our reimagined community theatre experience in Spring 2025! Do you love the magic of broadway music, yet are drawn to the charm of NPR’s Tiny Desk concerts or The Coffee House radio station? Ever want to be part of a fun, creative group of singer-songwriters AND fierce musical theatre vocalists?
Introducing our first-of-its-kind musical theatre ensemble, Encore! In this incredible new performance series, we will be reimagining a select collection of songs from your favorite contemporary musicals to create a stripped-down, vocal performance focused, coffeehouse vibe show.

This summer we are kicking Encore off with its first performance series, Unplugged: Celebrating Women’s Voices in Musical Theatre! In addition to vocalists, we are excited to accept instrumentalist applications for pianists, guitar/bass players, and percussionists for this first show. Encore members will get the first opportunity to audition for our Fall 2024 production!

CELEBRATING WOMEN'S VOICES IN MUSICAL THEATRE
This Spring in Encore’s “Unplugged” series, we take various songs from your favorite female-fronted Broadway hits, and create a unique coffeehouse style / vocal performance focused show!

- Final rehearsal: May 1, 2025
- Tuition: $349 + $50 audition fee
