Who Should Take Private Acting Lessons?

Budding young actors who want to learn techniques for confidence on camera. Experienced actors and actresses who want to further develop their techniques and demo reel, or want to learn more about audition prep and real world applications!

Curriculum

The purpose of acting private lessons is self-discovery, craft building, and further growth as an actor or actress. These private lessons are intended for self-motivated students ready to dedicate time to rehearse and those committed to working on their craft and deepening their skill set.

Each student will be introduced to new principles and proven techniques in areas of scene study, preparation, auditioning, and script analysis. Students will also be given thorough guidance on what to expect if they wish to become a working professional in the entertainment industry.

The core focus for students will be formulating their own repeatable process and working methodology, with influences from multiple acting approaches and traditional techniques used in Television and Film.

We offer private acting lessons weekly, lasting 30, 45, or 60 minutes.  DAMPA is located in the heart of Dallas at Snider Plaza in University Park, 3415 Milton Avenue, Dallas TX 75205.
