Tuition & Enrollment Policies

We're excited to welcome your family to Music Explorers! To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following enrollment and tuition policies.

Tuition & Enrollment

Tuition is $199 per month and includes one 45-minute Music Explorers class each week.
Families may attend either the Tuesday or Thursday class each week, allowing you to choose the day that best fits your schedule.
Students are welcome to attend both weekly classes for an additional $25 per extra class, billed to your card on file after attendance.
Class size is limited. Your child's space is reserved only after the first month's tuition has been received.
Initial tuition must be paid within 7 days of registration or your reserved spot may be released to another family.

Free Trial Week

After enrolling, your family will receive access to both Music Explorers classes during our Free Trial Week on August 25 & August 27.

If, after attending these introductory classes, you decide Music Explorers isn't the right fit for your family, simply let us know and we'll provide a full refund of your first month's tuition.

Monthly Billing

After your initial payment, tuition will automatically be charged to your card on file on the 1st of each month until you notify us that you'd like to withdraw.

Withdrawal Policy

We understand that schedules and priorities can change.

To discontinue enrollment, DAMPA must receive written notice by the 15th of the month. This allows us to stop billing before the following month's tuition is processed.

Notices received after the 15th will take effect the following billing cycle.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

Because Music Explorers reserves your child's place in a small class, missed classes due to student absence are not eligible for refunds or make-up classes.

The flexibility of choosing between Tuesday and Thursday each week is designed to help families avoid missing class whenever possible.

If DAMPA must cancel one class during a week, the other scheduled class that week will serve as the make-up opportunity.

If DAMPA must cancel both classes offered during the same week, your account will automatically receive a tuition credit equal to one week's tuition (25% of your monthly payment), applied toward the following month's billing.

If you have already withdrawn from the program before that credit can be applied, the amount will instead be refunded to the original payment method.

Health & Illness Policy

To help keep our students, families, and staff healthy, we ask that children stay home when they are ill.

Please notify the front desk if your child will be absent due to illness.

Children should not attend class if they:

Have a fever of 100°F or higher
Have an active cough, excessive runny nose, or significant mucus drainage
Are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness
Have recently been exposed to a contagious illness through daycare, preschool, or another group setting and are within the recommended monitoring period
