Acceptance
This website is operated by Dallas Academy of Music & Performing Arts ("DAMPA," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site, requesting a trial lesson, registering for a course or camp, submitting audition materials, purchasing tickets, or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the Site
The site is provided for families, students, and community members who want to learn about our programs and register for them. Please use it lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours, scrape or copy the site for commercial purposes, or submit false information.
Submissions on Behalf of Minors
Many of our students are children. If you submit information about a student under 18 — a trial request, a registration, an audition form, or a release — you confirm that you are that student's parent or legal guardian, or that you have the guardian's permission, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Program Information Is Subject to Change
Class schedules, tuition rates, teacher assignments, audition dates, performance dates, and program descriptions on this site are published in good faith and may change. Occasionally a page may contain a typographical error or out-of-date detail. The information confirmed to you by the front desk at the time of registration governs. If something on the site conflicts with what you were told at registration, please contact us at (833) 281-2690 so we can correct it.
Intellectual Property
The DAMPA name and logo, site design, text, photographs, video, and recital and production materials are owned by Park Cities Creative Center dba DAMPA or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not reproduce, republish, or use our materials for other purposes without our written permission.
Third-Party Services
Parts of the site link to or rely on services operated by others — our scheduling system, our payment processor, ticketing, video, mapping, and social media. When you use those services, their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DAMPA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
