- Free trial requests: the student's name and age, a parent or guardian's name (for minors), and your email and phone number.
- Ticket purchases: your name, email, and phone number.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, or text.

- Basic usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and general location — through website analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to measure site use and support our advertising (see "Cookies and advertising" below).
How we use your information
- To schedule and confirm free trial lessons and respond to your requests.
- To process ticket orders and send tickets and confirmations.
- To operate, improve, and secure our website.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including showing relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Cookies and advertising
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our ads. These tools may set cookies and share limited, non-identifying activity (such as pages viewed) with Meta, which we may use to show you relevant ads. We do not send your name, email, or other personal details to Meta through the Pixel.
You can manage cookies in your browser and control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, including:
- Our payment processor (Square), to process ticket payments.
- Our website hosting and analytics provider.
- Our class-scheduling system, which manages lessons and enrollment.
- Email and text-message delivery providers, to send confirmations.
- Meta, for the advertising measurement described above.
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our students and staff.
SMS Terms
If you give us your mobile number, DAMPA may text you about lesson reminders, schedule changes and closures, enrollment and billing, and replies to messages you send us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We text you about camps, events and recitals only if you check the box for those texts on our forms. Those texts are optional and never a condition of booking a trial or enrolling.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The text-message delivery providers that send our messages receive your number only to deliver them.
For students under 18, we text the parent or guardian, not the student.
Payment security
Ticket payments are processed securely by Square. We do not collect or store your full card number on our website.
Children's privacy
Our programs serve students of all ages, including children. Information about a minor is provided to us by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information without a parent's involvement, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- You may ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by contacting us and by using the ad and cookie controls described above.

Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
