Cordell Weathersbee II has been dancing and teaching for over 10 years with training in Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, and Contemporary. He has traveled all over the United States working with professionals from Wade Robson and Brian Friedman, to Mia Michaels and Laurie Ann Gibson to name a few. His training consists of training at Debbie Reynolds, Millennium, Edge PAC, Broadway Dance Center and being awarded scholarships at Monsters of hip hop and Advanced Pro protégé at The Pulse on Tour dance conventions.

As a choreographer, teacher, and mentor he specializes in hard hitting, energetic, and full out Hip Hop, and intense musicality and soul within Contemporary, while creating a space for each individual to find themselves through creative moment and self awareness. Cordell has worked with recording artist Blu Cantrell, Austyn King, Alyse, and many more as a dancer/artistic director, or choreographer. Cordell has appeared in national commercials with Cox Communication, Nike, and Cheeses Pizza to name a few. In the classroom he believes it is important that students learn the importance of always being humble, but confident in their abilities, all while honing and respecting ones craft. Cordell is currently a master class teacher for many studios around the Midwest. He continues his training in Los Angeles and New York, as well as many conventions in order to continuously stay current and bring the best dance education into any establishment he is at.
