Every pianist is different. Our teachers build lessons around the student's goals, experience and learning style while developing the fundamentals every musician needs.
Our teachers use a mix of time tested methods, modern concepts, all around the music & styles you love to listen and play including;
Real Pianos. Real Lessons.
Every DAMPA piano room features an acoustic piano, including uprights and baby grands.
Students learn touch, dynamics, pedaling, tone and control on the instrument piano was designed to be played on—not just a classroom keyboard.
Piano students at DAMPA have opportunities to take their music beyond their weekly lesson.
Perform
Two full student recitals each year, plus additional showcases and performance opportunities throughout the year.
Record
Our professional in-house recording studio gives students the opportunity to record songs, audition material and special projects.

Music doesn't have to stay in the practice room.
DAMPA's professional in-house recording studio gives students the opportunity to record performances, original songs, audition material and special projects with professional equipment and guidance.
For students interested in songwriting, production or contemporary music, lessons can become the starting point for creating something entirely their own.
Music Is Meant to Be Shared.
Students have opportunities to perform throughout the year, including two full DAMPA recitals annually plus additional showcases and special performances.
Performance is encouraged—not required. Whether a student's goal is the stage, an audition, playing for friends and family or simply mastering a favorite song, we meet them where they are.
