PROFESSIONAL MUSICAL THEATRE DEVELOPMENT

Encore is DAMPA's advanced performance company for students who want more consistent training than a production schedule alone can provide.

Rather than spending an entire semester preparing one role in one show, Encore gives developing performers dedicated time to strengthen the skills that carry from production to production—voice, acting, musicianship, audition technique, ensemble work and performance.

SMALL BY DESIGN

Encore is intentionally kept small so every performer can be seen, challenged and coached.

Students receive individualized feedback while also learning how to work as part of a high-level ensemble—creating an environment where there's nowhere to disappear, and plenty of room to grow.

Encore is led by Lexie Pritchard, giving students consistent access to the same artistic leadership behind DAMPA's Musical Theatre program and productions.

WHO ENCORE IS FOR
Encore is designed for performers ages 12–17 with previous training or performance experience who are ready to be challenged.
You don't need to be the finished product. We're looking for students who are prepared to work, collaborate, take direction and grow.

Training Is Only Half the Story.Encore students put their work into practice through semester showcases, special events and unique performance opportunities throughout the year.

Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Fall Semester: September 1st - December 6th

Tuition for Encore covers the complete Fall 2026 semester (September 1st, 2026 - December 6th, 2026) and reserves your student's place in this limited-enrollment program.

Tuition is $599 when paid on a payment plan ($199 per month), or $499 when paid in full at enrollment.
Payment plans are provided as a convenience and do not represent month-to-month enrollment. They are simply scheduled payments toward the full semester tuition.
